These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gibo platform and services provided by Gibo LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Gibo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Gibo provides business management software for after-school activity centers including:

  • Employee management and scheduling
  • Student attendance tracking
  • Payment processing
  • Communication tools
  • Administrative features

3. Account Registration

To use Gibo, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Gibo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious content or viruses
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

For paid services:

  • Fees are charged monthly in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Gibo. We claim no ownership rights over your content. However, you grant us a license to use your data solely to provide our services.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gibo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to Gibo will cease
  • You may export your data for 30 days
  • We may delete your data after the export period

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
